I just want to start by saying that going through Berwick Travel was the best thing I ever did. Denise was so helpful. She helped me through the entire process and answered every question I ever had. As for The Royal Cancun, if you are looking for a luxurious experience, this is the hotel to go to in Cancun. It was beautiful. Me and my family had seen pictures, and we knew this hotel was going to be unbelievable. But when we arrived, we were blown away. The staff was so helpful, and the food was delicious. We stayed in a Corner Suite and we loved the room. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. We didn t want to leave the resort because we enjoyed being there so much...

Daily non-intrusive activities are programmed by our sports and entertainment staff whose sole desire is to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable vacation experience. You can take advantage of our fully-equipped state-of-the-art Life Fitness® Center complete with expert instruction; or take some time out for you in our luxurious SPAzul where total pampering in an idyllic, serene environment is the order of the day. There are many options open to you for a relaxing yet entertaining escape from the ordinary at THE ROYAL in Cancun. We offer interesting classes such as Mexican haute cuisine, painting, handicrafts and even educational wine tastings. We offer table games, books, music or movies from our extensive media library. In the evening our guests have fun with a variety of entertaining activities, such as festive theme parties, live music and professional shows reflecting the Mexican Caribbean culture including live music and fabulous professional shows.

Beaches
THE ROYAL in Cancun is located on the most beautiful stretch of powder-white sand beach in Cancun, recently expanded and protected by a natural breakwater, making it perfectly safe for swimming, snorkeling and kayaking. Or perhaps just lazing under the Caribbean sun on one of our canopied sun beds or cushioned lounge chairs appeals to you. Either way, the azure blue sea is bound to tempt you and entice you into its sparkling waters.

To quench your thirst and hydrate your skin, we have a great staff of friendly waiters who will serve you any kind of drink, cocktail, juice or snack you might want, right on the beach – just put your “flag” out and they’ll be there to take your order. “Beach Butlers” provide suntan lotion, cold towel service, newspapers, ice water and a friendly smile!

Beaches in Mexico are federal property. Topless sunbathing is allowed at public beach areas; however, topless sunbathing is not allowed at the resort.

Pools
We have a gorgeous infinity pool, inlaid with cascading fountains that give way to stunning views of the shimmering Caribbean and a seemingly endless horizon. This magnificent pool features two in-pool hot Jacuzzis, an official Olympic-size 50-meter lap lane with starter block, the very popular in-water lounge chairs and a convenient swim-up bar.

SPAzul features a spectacular hydro facility equipped with whirlpools, cold plunge pools, outdoor and rain showers, steam and dry sauna, a temazcal steam hut and an all new menu of Mayan influenced Sáas Philosophy treatments and rituals. Our hydro areas are separated for men and women with individual lockers; and robe and sandals are provided. You will also enjoy refreshing fruit and Invigorating beverages as you repose in the relaxation area.

Entering into the softly lit receiving area of the inner treatment rooms, guests are greeted with a cool hand towel, while waiting to be escorted to the treatment room for a floral or herbal foot bath and then on to their desired treatment or massage. We offer a variety of traditional healing and beauty techniques as well as our own signature SPAzul rituals and many new Mayan-inspired Sáas treatments as well, so that guests have an opportunity to enjoy a totally complete and uniquely diverse SPA experience.

We offer our signature in-suite SPAzul rituals that incorporate a selection of body treatments, massage therapies and hydro baths. Reservations should be made at least one day in advance.

At SPAzul we also offer an indigenous touch with our temazcal, located in the Spa courtyard where you can also enjoy our outdoor hydro experience and relax in the garden. Of course you don’t want to miss out on our lunar celebrations where we will celebrate with our traditional steam bath and finish with a moonlit massage on the beach.
