El Dorado Maroma Accommodations
You won't find any standard, basic rooms at El Dorado Maroma. Here, every room is a suite, and every suite is home. Only 72 suites in the entire resort means easy access to the pool area and the amazing beach. All suites offer oceanviews - the higher the floor the better - and all include 24 hour room service.
El Dorado Maroma's suites include four poster king sized beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screen satellite television with CD/DVD player, fully stocked minibar, and the usual amenities of coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, and safety deposit box. However, don't look to plug in your laptop! El Dorado Maroma does not offer wireless internet access - this is their philosophy of being in paradise.
All of El Dorado Maroma's suites feature an oversized balcony or verandah, all with hammocks, with gorgeous views of the Caribbean - an unmatched location to sip your morning coffee, nap in the hammock after lunch, or enjoy an evening cocktail.
 Simply put - there may be no reason to leave your suite at El Dorado Maroma...except perhaps for the dining!
Except for the Mi Hotelito Beachfront Suites, every one of our 72 suites includes a private Jacuzzi and an inspiring view of the white sands and azure waters of renowned Maroma Beach. Into fresh catches? Enjoy the weekly fish market on the beach with fresh local catches brought right up on the sand. Or spend a day deep sea fishing from Marina Maroma, and bring your catch back to El Dorado Maroma for the chefs to prepare - you can't find fresher than that!
 El Dorado Maroma offers three a la carte restaurants for dinner, and one for breakfast and lunch. There are no buffet restaurants at El Dorado Maroma - you'll find food displays from time to time, but El Dorado Maroma is proud to be able to serve each guest individually, with food cooked to their tastes, as fresh as possible.
No reservations are ever needed at El Dorado Maroma. This is your vacation in paradise, you don't need to be tied down to a specific time to dine. Spend an extra hour on the white sand beach, and take a late dinner at your leisure. Or dine in your suite anytime. Dress code is required, but again this is paradise - no jackets required, just resort casual (long pants, closed-toe shoe for gentlemen).
Sabores at El Dorado Maroma - Mexican Cuisine
Enjoy new style Mexican dining with an international touch. Breakfast is served from 7AM to 10:30AM, preparing you for the day ahead. Lunch is 12:30PM-4PM, offering gourmet entrees and drinks. Dinner is 5:30PM-10PM, and features the chef's creations from Mexico and the Caribbean, finishing your day with epicurean delights.
Kiyoko at El Dorado Maroma - Oriental Cuisine
Asian-inspired dining in Kiyoko is an unforgettable experience. El Dorado Maroma brings the Orient to Mexico with tepanyaki, sushi, sashimi, and other gourmet entrees, served in a tastetful, simple setting. Open from 6PM to 2AM, or when the last guest turns in, Rick's Bar is the famous classic Mexican bar with pool tables, nightly music and entertainment, and a wide variety of drinks to please even the most discerning guest.

 El Dorado Maroma specializes in watersports, whether snorkeling from the beach or scuba diving clinics, kayaks or paddleboats, parasailing or waverunners, El Dorado Maroma and the adjacent Marina Maroma have enough to satisfy the most active of guests. Motorized watersports and excursions do have an additional cost.
How about land activities? El Dorado Maroma features cooking classes, dance lessons, power walks, language lessons, drink mixology classes, and much more. In the evening, enjoy live music under the stars, or enjoy the fun at Rick's Bar. For additional costs, sunset cruises, beachfront candlelight dinners, beach massages, and more are available.
